The first walk of the day in January is the one that decides whether you own a good hat. This is a thick acrylic knit with a fold over cuff, and the cuff is the part that actually keeps your ears warm.

It is a 12 inch (30.5 cm) knit with a 3 inch (7.6 cm) fold over cuff and a pom-pom on top, in one size that fits most adults. Six colours to pick from: black, navy, heather grey, gold, and two dark heather grey combinations.

Good for early walks, rink parking lots, and standing in a field waiting for a dog to finish sniffing one particular fence post.

If you want the layer that goes with it, the fleece vest keeps your core warm without adding bulk to your arms.

Will it fit a bigger head?

Acrylic knit has a lot of give, and the cuff can be folded once or rolled higher to change how deep it sits. One size covers most adults.

Does the pom-pom come off?

No, it is attached rather than a removable snap. If you want a beanie without one, this is not the one.

Will it go bobbly?

Acrylic pills more than wool does, mostly where a scarf or a collar rubs against it. Wash it cool, lay it flat to dry, and it holds up fine.

Do you ship to Canada?

Once shipped, delivery takes 4 to 10 business days, with most orders arriving within 4 to 7. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason, with no explanation needed and no restocking fee. Email support@wagbase.ca with your order number and we will send the return address. On change-of-mind returns the return postage is yours to cover.

If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, send a photo within 30 days. We replace it or refund it and you ship nothing back.

Cancellations are free any time before the order ships.
