About Wagbase

Wagbase started with a simple annoyance: watching our own dogs and cats struggle with gear that wasn't really built for them. Bowls too low, brushes that didn't reach the undercoat, muddy paws tracked across the kitchen floor five times a day.

So we set out to put together a small, focused lineup of everyday pet essentials that actually solve those problems, instead of a catalog of a thousand things nobody needed. We keep the list short on purpose. Every product has to earn its spot by solving something real.

How it works

Wagbase is run from Breslau, Ontario. We don't manufacture anything ourselves. We pick every product, write every description, set the prices and answer every email from here.

Orders ship straight from our fulfilment partners' warehouses in North America and overseas, and our apparel is printed to order. Once an order ships, delivery takes 5 to 14 business days, and most arrive within 7 to 10. Shipping direct is also how we keep shipping free to Canada and the US, with no minimum. If something arrives damaged or wrong, that's on us, not the warehouse. Send a photo and we'll replace or refund it.
