These terms apply to your use of wagbase.ca and to any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are. Wagbase is a registered Ontario business (Master Business Licence, BIN 1001732931) based in Breslau, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at Support@wagbase.ca or (519) 904-2832.

Eligibility. You must be the age of majority in your province or state to place an order.

Where we sell. We currently accept orders shipping to Canada and the United States.

Prices and currency. All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices and availability can change without notice. If we discover a pricing or description error affecting your order, we may cancel it and issue a full refund.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where an item is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email.

Product images and descriptions. Product photography is representative. Colours can differ between screens and between production batches, and measurements may vary slightly. Where a size chart is provided, go by the measurements rather than the size label.

Using our products safely. Our products are pet accessories. They are not medical devices or safety equipment, and they are not a substitute for supervision or veterinary advice. Check the fit of collars and harnesses regularly, supervise your pet with chews and toys, remove any item that becomes damaged or worn, and stop using a product if your pet shows signs of irritation or distress. If you have questions about your pet's health, diet, or dental care, speak to your veterinarian.

Shipping and returns. Delivery times, rates, and duties are set out in our Shipping policy. Returns and cancellations are set out in our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, photography, and the Wagbase name and branding, belongs to Wagbase and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wagbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
