Size guide

These are garment measurements, taken from the hoodie itself, not body measurements. It's cut deliberately oversized, so the bust figure will look far bigger than your own. The simplest approach is to find your usual US, UK or EU size in the second column and order that.

Bust is measured all the way around the finished garment. Length runs from the shoulder seam to the hem.

XS and XXXL are not on the maker's chart. Every size steps up by 5 cm at the bust, so XS works out to about 110 cm (43.3 in) and XXXL to about 140 cm (55.1 in). If you are between sizes, email us and we will help you pick.

Common questions

How big a pet fits in the pocket?

It is built for cats and small dogs. There is no rigid frame or floor, so the real limit is not a weight number, it is how much your pet is happy to be held against you and how long you want to carry them. A cat or a dog in the small-breed range works. A medium or large dog does not.

Is it safe to use in the car?

No. There is no restraint point in the pocket, so it is not a car-travel carrier. For the car, use the carrier tote, which has a clip-in D-ring, or the waterproof seat cover for a bigger dog riding in the back. As with any carrier, keep an eye on your pet while they are in it.

Will my cat actually settle in it?

Depends entirely on the cat. Ones that already like being picked up and carried usually take to it quickly. A cat that dislikes being held will dislike this too. Start with short sessions at home before trying a walk.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, and to the United States. Orders are processed in 1 to 5 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 14 business days, with most orders arriving within 7 to 10. Shipping is free to both countries, and details are on our shipping policy page.

Once shipped, delivery takes 4 to 10 business days, with most orders arriving within 4 to 7. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason, with no explanation needed and no restocking fee. Email support@wagbase.ca with your order number and we will send the return address. On change-of-mind returns the return postage is yours to cover.

If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, send a photo within 30 days. We replace it or refund it and you ship nothing back.

Cancellations are free any time before the order ships.
