Contact Wagbase

We are a small team based in Breslau, Ontario, and we read every message. If you have a question about an order, sizing, or general inquiries, expect a reply within one business day.

Two things that get you an answer faster: if you have already ordered, include your order number. If you are stuck between sizes, send us your dog's chest or neck measurement and we will tell you exactly which one to pick.
